Founder of MilaLegal, she deals with intellectual property law, with particular focus on Entertainment, Cinema, Television, Advertising, Internet and new media.

  • Assists multinational and Italian groups in the production, distribution and use of audiovisual works and content for cinema, television and the web, as well as in the protection of property rights in judicial and national and international arbitration.

  • He deals with regulatory aspects in particular in the cinema, television broadcasting and telecommunications sectors.

  • She is an expert in the financing and structuring of national and international productions and co-productions, film, television and web production for production companies, broadcasters and companies organizing large live events.

  • She deals with advertising and branded entertainment, with particular focus on the forms of non-conventional web marketing.
