Founder of MilaLegal, she deals with intellectual property law, with particular focus on Entertainment, Cinema, Television, Advertising, Internet and new media.

  • Assists multinational and Italian groups in the production, distribution and use of audiovisual works and content for cinema, television and the web, as well as in the protection of property rights in judicial and national and international arbitration.

  • She deals with regulatory aspects in particular in the cinema, television broadcasting and telecommunications sectors.

  • She is an expert in the financing and structuring of national and international productions and co-productions, film, television and web production for production companies, broadcasters and companies organizing large live events.

  • She deals with advertising and branded entertainment, with particular focus on the forms of non-conventional web marketing.

  • Assists artists and personalities from the entertainment world for the exploitation of their works through the web and new technologies, the protection of image and personality rights. 

Foreign languages: English and German. 


  • 2003: LL.M. in IP Law at King's College London;

  • Degree in Law obtained with full marks at the University of Milan.

Vice-Chairman of the Control Committee of the Institute of Advertising Self-Regulation (IAP).

Lecturer and speaker in Masters and Conferences at the Luigi Bocconi University ("Master in Fashion, Experience & Design Management"), Il Sole 24Ore Business School ("Master Diritto della Proprietà Intellettuale" e "Master in Management nel Settore Cinematografico") and the Istituto dell'Autodisciplina Pubblicitaria (the Italian Self-Regulation Body)

Consultant of the IP Desk of the Milan Chamber of Commerce.
