The advertising plays a dominant role in our society constructs images, conveys messages, influence ideas. Yet too often, advertising and media tend to abuse the image of women, debasing the role and offending dignity. Precisely for this reason, the City of Milan showed attention not only to the issue of violence against women, but also to that of sexist advertising.
On October 24th at the Sala Alessi of Palazzo Marino there will be a discussion about what may be the most effective means to counter this type of advertising.
