Graduated in Law at the University of Milan in March 2019 with a mater thesis on IP, Innovation and Sustainable Development, titled “Decentralized Ledger Technology and Copyrights: assessing the applicability of the peer to peer system to the Sustainable Development goals”, assessing the applicability of the decentralised ledger technology to the Sustainable Development Goals.
In particular the research focuses on the adoption of the DLT for the management of copyrighted assets. In particular the work focuses on EMR databases, which could benefit from the security and accessibility of the Blockchain to ensure the fulfilment of SDG n.3.8, universal health coverage.
While completing her degree she did and internship with a civil law firm where she began the legal training before joining Studio Mina Lanfranconi & Associati
